Sometimes work could not be completed before dark so the window had to be installed temporarily without the carbody gasket. Visible here is also the marking of the green pane and the up arrow which aids in putting the glazing assembly correctly orientated inside the sash. This due to the FRA Type II glazing markings needing to be on the bottom of the glass. These markings, by the way, were hot stamped by the manufacturer. As dirt can collect in the lettering I placed them to the inside of the airgap.
