Next to be added is a new carbody gasket. I'm using a slightly different type than the original. The type I'm using has, unlike the original, a lip that hooks around the outside of the carbody promising to provide a better seal. It's being attached with 3M Window-Weld, an automotive caulk used to attach windshield to cars. Allowing the caulk sufficient time to dry has yielded the best results in getting the gasket to stay in place and aligned when screwing in the window sash.
